I have been an environmental consultant for almost 25 years and have worked with dozens of civil engineers. Michael is the finest civil engineer I have ever worked with. He is incredibly capable, creative, and efficient. Whenever I have needed input from him, whether it be calculations, drawings or technical advice, his response has always been timely and informed. A true professional.
